Terms and privacy
Here is how you start, what you pay, and how you can later use the site on your own. Below is what we do with the details you send.
A site within the Webspot service
The domain is yours. The site is provided as part of the Webspot service, together with hosting. If you need to, you can move to using the site on your own at the full cost of its development, or order a full handover of the project.
Who we are
Webspot is part of Devstudio. We create, host, translate, and update professional sites for small and new businesses. It is a way to start an online presence with a small fixed amount and modest monthly hosting.
If the business later needs an independent site, a shop, or its own hosting, Devstudio prepares that separately. The scope and the full cost of development are set for that project.
The service
The site is provided as part of the Webspot service. Creation includes the first page: who you are, your services, how to reach you, and a short FAQ, in Georgian, English, and Russian. Each further page and each new section is priced from the table. Webspot makes the changes.
A request on this site starts work with us. We build the site after the first payment. Nothing from the form is published on its own.
Price and payment
The price table on this website is the offer. Prices include tax. 50 GEL starts the work. 70 GEL at launch is the remaining 50 GEL plus the first hosting month. Hosting with one content update is then 20 GEL a month.
Payment is a bank transfer against an invoice. There is no card payment on this site.
The site and the domain
The domain is yours. The site is provided as part of the Webspot service, together with hosting. If you need to, you can move to using the site on your own at the full cost of its development, or order a full handover of the project.
Devstudio sets the full cost of development. After the move, you receive the site ready for the hosting you choose. Site files are not downloaded from the cabinet: the handover is arranged separately.
Your domain
You may bring a domain bought anywhere. We connect it for free. The domain stays yours, and visitors see your address. The site runs within the Webspot service. If you stop using the service and do not arrange a move to your own hosting, you keep the domain and the site on Webspot closes.
If hosting is unpaid
Paid hosting means the site is active. Unpaid hosting means the site is inactive and shows a paused page. Files are kept for one month after it is switched off, then deleted. Paying the overdue invoice while the files exist turns the site back on, with no new creation fee. After deletion, coming back is a new order at the normal price. If Devstudio still holds the code, the site can be prepared for your own hosting at the full cost of development.
Content you send
You confirm that the text and files you send are yours to use. One content update a month may replace text, images, and links. It does not change the layout. A new section, an extra page, a redesign, and a large translation are quoted separately.
Personal data
On the order form we ask for your name, email, phone, profession, city, a comment, and files you choose to attach. We use them to answer you and to prepare the site. We keep them in our database. We do not sell them.
Staff receive an email when a request arrives, and you receive a confirmation at the address you gave. Files stay outside the public website until we use them for the site.
